§1 Order:
Please provide your name, address, telephone number (for any questions), and email address accurately. This information will be used only for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
A contractual conclusion comes into existence only upon delivery of the orders by us.
§2 Prices and payments:
All prices are quoted in euros and include value added tax (22%).
Bank transfer via IBAN and BIC. Payment due within 30 days with net amount.
Payment also possible via PayPal.
If the agreed payment deadline is exceeded, we will charge 15% annual interest. Each payment reminder and reminder will be charged €9.90 (including VAT). Overdue invoices will be handed over to a collection agency after 30 days. All costs for collection services and the invoiced amount will be charged to the client.
For orders over €150.00, we reserve the right to request payment in advance or via PayPal.
The competent court is Turin.
Deliveries by courier:
Please ensure that someone is always available at the address provided on the order form! If the package is returned to us due to undeliverability, we will be forced to charge you for the return shipping costs. For rejected deliveries, the customer will pay the delivery and return shipping costs, as well as a €9.90 processing fee (VAT included).
If, during the execution of an order, events occur that make it impossible to fulfill the order under the agreed conditions or that result in an unforeseeable increase in production costs for the supplier, the supplier will have the right to withhold delivery if the customer does not accept the new prices or the changed conditions. In the event of withdrawal, the customer is obligated to purchase the goods produced or still in production related to its order at the prices in effect up to that point.
§3 Deliveries:
For raw parts in stock, we generally deliver within 3-5 days. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery time. In these cases, we will need your confirmation regarding your wish to keep your order.
We always strive to ensure the shortest possible delivery times. The customer has the right to cancel the order in writing only if a later deadline is not met.
Shipping is uninsured ex works. Shipping costs are €8.00 (VAT included) per shipment.
Any damage incurred during transport must be reported to the courier upon receipt of the goods; otherwise, no right to compensation can be asserted.
§4 Right of withdrawal:
A right of withdrawal exists if, within 14 days of the delivery date, the goods are returned to us undamaged, in working order and intact in the original, intact packaging at no cost to us (see §7 of the information on the right of withdrawal).
Shipping costs—except in cases of incorrect deliveries—are in any case the customer’s responsibility. In the event of justified defect claims, we reserve the right to adjust or replace the goods.
This right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts relating to goods manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
§5 Liability and warranty:
Non rispondiamo per i danni prodottisi in conseguenza di consegne incomplete, ritardate o mancate. In presenza di reclami motivati, risponderemo tenendo conto delle condizioni di responsabilità dei nostri subfornitori, ai sensi delle nostre condizioni di contratto. Il reclamo deve essere presentato per iscritto alla società RTI srl. La società deve essere informata per prima e deve avere la possibilità di eliminare il vizio. Non possiamo assumerci la responsabilità per i danni conseguenti. Le spedizioni di ritorno di merce devono avvenire a spese dell’acquirente.

Ci riserviamo il diritto di effettuare modifiche tecniche senza riserve nel corso dello sviluppo ulteriore.
§6 Riserva di proprietà:
La merce rimane di nostra proprietà disponibile fino al completamento del pagamento. Per le conformità alle leggi non ci assumiamo nessuna responsabilità di qualsivoglia genere.
§7 Informazione sul diritto di recesso
Diritto di recesso
Avete il diritto di recedere dal contratto di compravendita entro quattordici giorni senza indicare il motivo.
Il termine di recesso ammonta a quattordici giorni a partire dal giorno nel quale avete ricevuto la merce o in cui un terzo da voi indicato, diverso dal trasportatore, ha ricevuto la merce.

della vostra volontà di recedere dal contratto in questione per mezzo di una dichiarazione scritta univoca (ad esempio tramite una lettera inviata per posta, telefax o e-mail). Per garantire il rispetto del termine di recesso è sufficiente che il messaggio relativo all’esercizio del diritto di recesso venga inviato prima della scadenza del termine di recesso.
Conseguenze del recesso
If you withdraw from the contract, we will be required to refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless a different method has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you for refund fees. We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the returned goods.
The immediate costs of returning the goods are borne by you.

§8 Place of performance:
The place of performance for deliveries and payments is Turin.
§9 Data protection:
Data protection is guaranteed. Customer personal information is used exclusively to process orders. Phone numbers and email addresses are used only to contact customers. Customer personal data is not shared with third parties.
EU data protection law (GDPR) grants you the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to correction or deletion (Art. 16 GDPR; Art. 17 GDPR), and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Upon your written request, we will be happy to inform you about the data stored about you. We will always correct any inaccurate data. You can also request the deletion of your data if it is not required to process an ongoing business transaction.
The contractual conditions are deemed to be recognized with the assignment of a contract to us.
